Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment.
Payment may be made by bank wire, or certified check. We accept Credit Cards but a 3.5% convenience fee will be applied to the final sale price.
Payments need to be received and paid in full within 48 hours of the auction closing.
An invoice will be sent to your e-mail address registered with Auction Time after the sale concludes.
All items are sold "as-is where-is" with no reserve.

No equipment will be released until full payment; including appropriate taxes are made in full.
All equipment is sold As Is, with no guarantees.
All sales are final.
For items not picked up within 30 days of auction, each item will incur a $25 per day storage fee until arrangements for pickup have been made.
If the item(s) are not picked up within the arranged time storage fees will be charged starting again after the fees ceased.
If the item has not been picked up after 90 days, if no storage agreement has been made or existing storage agreement has expired, the item will be considered abandon and resold, and no refund will be returned to the buyer.
