No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. All equipment is advertised to the best of our knowledge and everything is sold "As Is"/Where is with no guarantees. Inspection prior to bidding is recommended and available. Call with questions regarding this auction before making a bid. All sales are final. Preferred payment method is wire transfer within 2 business days. Processing fee of $10.00 will be added to bid price/invoice amount to cover bank fees. Credit Card payments will be charged a 3.75% convenience fee. Buyer is responsible for all freight and handling costs. Items must be removed within two weeks of conclusion of the auction unless other arrangements have been made with seller. 4.2% SD Sales Tax Applies to SD residents. This does not apply to vehicles sold with a title.
