Inspections are available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and must be completed prior to bidding. The unit has only been checked to verify basic operation of certain major functions, such as engine operation, forward and reverse engagement, lifting, tilting, steering, and braking. THIS LIMITED OPERATIONAL CHECK IS NOT A MECHANICAL INSPECTION OR CERTIFICATION OF CONDITION. Operational testing is limited to low-speed operation in a confined, flat area without a load. Because of these limitations, full transmission shifting, differential operation/interlocks, drive axle functionality, braking performance under load, and operation at normal travel speeds cannot be fully tested or verified. The unit has NOT been fully mechanically inspected, diagnosed, serviced, or tested for fluid leaks, engine compression, hydraulic pressures, transmission pressures, electrical components, gauges, lights, switches, safety systems, hoses, seals, cylinders, bearings, internal engine/transmission condition, or other mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or structural components. The fact that a component or function operates during our limited operational check does not represent or guarantee its condition, remaining service life, or continued operation. BUYER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR INSPECTING THE EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO BIDDING. By placing a bid, buyer acknowledges that buyer has either inspected the equipment to their satisfaction or voluntarily elected to purchase the equipment without conducting an inspection. SALE & PAYMENT TERMS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unit is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Lift Inventory Inc. makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the equipment's condition or the accuracy or completeness of any information provided, whether written, verbal, photographic, or otherwise. Payment must be made by WIRE TRANSFER or ACH ONLY and received in full within 3 business days following the end of the auction. Equipment MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO PICKUP OR RELEASE. 8.25% sales tax will be charged unless a valid Illinois sales-tax exemption or resale certificate is provided and accepted. Equipment must be picked up within 21 calendar days of the auction closing. Equipment remaining after 21 calendar days is subject to a $50 PER DAY STORAGE FEE. NO LPG TANK IS INCLUDED with the unit unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing. Loading docks are available to assist with shipping/loading arrangements. Buyer is responsible for arranging transportation and confirming that the selected carrier and transportation equipment are appropriate for the load. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY LIFT INVENTORY INC.
