Successful bidders must contact Head Auctions LLC within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. No equipment will be released until payment has been made in full! ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Due diligence and inspect any equipment yourself to guarantee working order/condition. All sales are final. If you have questions on equipment, please call before making a bid. Buyer is responsible for making shipping arrangements. Items must be removed within 30 days of auction conclusion. Any of the purchased items not picked up within 30 days may be subject to storage fees. Items not picked up within 60 days will be forfeited and resold without reimbursement. Payment must be made by wire, certified check, cash or credit card (there is a 3 1/2% convenience fee for using a credit card). Payments must be made and cleared within one week of auction date. Items paid for by check will be held for 7 days until funds are verified.
