The seller applied a protective deck stain a couple of summers ago. Although the trailer has been stored outdoors, the deck was also protected with a tarp during storage. **25,000 LB WINCH:** A new 25,000 lb winch was purchased and installed on the trailer but was never fully wired or connected. The winch has never been used to pull a load and will require completion of the installation before being placed into service. **HYDRAULIC LOADING RAMPS:** Equipped with hydraulic ramps for loading and unloading equipment. The seller reports two known hydraulic leaks in the ramp system. One is believed to be at a hydraulic cylinder, and the other at the electric/hydraulic pump, located beneath an access door in the trailer deck. **TIRES:** Tires are estimated to average approximately 50% tread, with most being original to the trailer.
